Settings now has “Contact support”: you write to a person from the Martia team right in the app, the reply lands in the same thread, and by email if you've left. It works with analytics switched off, too.

I answer questions about your money. When something doesn't work — a bank won't connect, transactions aren't arriving, a payment got stuck — you need a person. From today there is a path to one inside the app: Settings → Privacy & help → Contact support. You write as in a chat; someone from the team answers.

How it works

In the browser a thread opens: you write what's going on and see the reply in the same place as soon as someone from the team writes it. If you close the app, the reply also reaches the email address on your account — nothing gets lost.

On the phone the same screen opens your mail app with support@martia.ai filled in. It lands in the same inbox, so it doesn't matter which way you write.

Where your words go

Messages, together with the email address on your account, land in Martia's support inbox, which runs on PostHog in the European Union — the same tool that handles our analytics, but in a separate, silent channel. It never sees your bank data: no balances, no transactions, no conversations with me.

This channel does not depend on analytics consent. You can keep analytics off and still write to the team — we said switching analytics off doesn't cost you your line to support, and that is still true.

Perguntas frequentes

No. A person from the team answers. I answer in the chat about your money; this screen is for the cases where you need someone who can check or fix something.

No. Contact support works regardless of the analytics setting. You send only what you type, plus your account email so the reply can reach you.
