A screenshot straight from Help
There is a picture icon next to the message field. You can attach up to three images, look at them before sending and take off the ones that got there by mistake. A picture on its own, without a single word, is a message too.
Before you send anything, to your bank or to us: a screenshot does not have to show your account number or balance if the problem is not about them. Never send a login or a password — nobody from the team will ask for one.
A reply from the team, with a picture
When someone from the team replies with a screenshot — showing where to tap, for instance — you see the picture in the thread rather than its address. Tapping opens it full size, because a bubble cannot hold everything legibly.
What happens to a picture you send
It goes to our own server, not to the open web: only someone holding the exact, unguessable address from your ticket can open it. After 90 days it deletes itself. If you delete your account it goes at once, with the rest of your data.
