How does Martia know about your mortgage?
Martia combines two sources. Manually added loans (or those imported from an ING PDF) have full data: amount, interest rate, term, repayment type. Based on these, Martia calculates the current balance and payment. If you uploaded a bank statement — it uses the real balance instead of calculations.
The second source is bank transaction analysis. Martia automatically detects recurring loan payments — mortgages, consumer loans, credit cards. So even a loan you didn't add manually shows up in the chat context. Ask about recurring charges — Martia will tell you it's a mortgage payment, not just "a 2,500 PLN transfer."
